Dover Motion is monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 situation very closely and following all advice from the CDC, WHO, and local health authorities. The safety and health of our employees and customers is always our top priority. As a company, we have taken a number of steps to keep our work environment clean and safe and we will continue these measures for the foreseeable future.
Dover Motion remains in full operation. We will continue to remain in full operation for as long as we feel it is safe for our employees and the government allows. We have our full support staff on hand to take orders and answer questions. We are closed to outside visitors who do not have appointments set in advance.
Our employees who are still in the building have been given strict guidance and assistance to minimize contact. We have enacted numerous measures within our facility to limit the potential spread of the COVID-19 virus, including:
- Closing our manufacturing facilities to the public and enacting strict guidelines for essential visits that limit person-to-person interactions.
- Locking down areas of our facilities and increasing the sterilization and cleaning of work area
- Communicating and enforcing strict social-distancing requirements; and
- Increasing the availability of hand sanitizing products and regularly encouraging employees to practice heightened self-hygiene.
We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates to our customers here as guidelines from federal and local governments change.
