Repair & Return

Our Policy

All products are covered by a 12 month warranty beginning on the date of shipment from our factory.  Parts, labor, and all associated repair costs will be covered while the product is under warranty.  All returns are subject to analysis from our repair engineer in order to assess the cause of return.  All defects determined to be the result of abuse or improper application will be charged standard non-warranty repair rates.

Requesting a Return

For ease of use, we have implemented an online process for requesting a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.  Please note that a serial number or UDI is now required to be entered in order to save the request. When submitting your RMA request, there will be a field that can be used to request a Corrective Action Report (CAR). We will provide the timeliest possible response to all CAR requests and ensure a response within 21 calendar days after receipt of the return.

Freight to our factory is to be paid by the customer.  All RMAs are evaluated and promised within 5 days of receipt of the product at our factory.  Please note: Our lead time for repairs is subject to the availability of components which need to be replaced.  RMAs under warranty are returned to the customer at our expense.  RMAs out of warranty will be returned at the customer’s expense.  Any additional shipping instructions will be given once the Sales Order Acknowledgement is generated.
