OFL™ Motorized XY Stage Features:
OFL-1515 motorized XY stage is our most popular model with a 200 mm travel distance and 55 kg load capacity. Its open frame X-Y configuration is ideal for testing and optical applications where two-sided access matters.
OFL-1919 model offers a longer travel distance than OFL-1515. It travels up to 300 mm and can carry up to 75 kg.
OFL-2121 model can carry larger loads with a total weight of 90 kg for 350 mm. It offers optimal travel, accuracy, and load capacity for applications where longer travel distance is important.
OFL-2727 model can carry up to 90 kg for a 500 mm travel distance.
OFL-3232 motorized XY stage model offers the longest travel distance of 635 mm yet still has better than 250μm accuracy for up to 80kg payloads.
The OFL™ series of motorized XY stages and linear slides employs individually preloaded ball way construction and avoids the difficulties inherent in establishing a preload across the table’s open plates. This design also places the lower axis motor on the base plate to remain stationary while the upper axis motor moves in only one direction.
The aperture sizes available range from 240 to 675 millimeters with a total unobstructed area of 42-by-42 millimeters. Side-mounted lead screws with anti-backlash friction nuts are driven by 23-frame motors. The OFL™ motorized XY stage has a larger frame size motor with more torque compared to the XYMR™ and OFS™ series.
