Dover Motion Welcomes Cathy Clausen as Vice President and General Manager

Dover Motion, a division of Invetech, has announced the appointment of Cathy Clausen as Vice President and General Manager.  Dover Motion is a leading provider of precision stages and engineered motion solutions for the medical, life sciences, and diagnostics industries.

Clausen brings more than 14 years of experience working within the Fortive group of companies and with the FBS toolkit, making her uniquely qualified to lead the Dover Motion team.  A mechanical engineer by degree and a natural problem solver, Clausen has held numerous technical, marketing and general management positions across businesses in the sensing technologies, precision instrumentation and life science industries.  Immediately prior to joining Dover Motion, Clausen served as the President of Anderson-Negele, a Fortive operating company.

Clausen holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.
