The brushless and ironless linear servo motor inside our miniature linear stage allows for high speeds with no maintenance, making it ideal for use in high throughput applications. Furthermore, it delivers cog free smooth motion coupled with an impressive 6 μm TIR accuracy and a 0.4 ± μm repeatability.
